End of December 2015 to February 2016…a trip has been embarked on to teach, love, encourage and to administrate projects.  Eight months after a devastating earthquake shook Nepal, thousands of Nepalis are still living in temporary shelters and facing a winter without any relief aid.

Bless all of you, you have helped feed over 2000 people a month supply of food, supplied college education, elementary education, building supplies, medical clinics in rural villages, clothing, materials to educate with, inverters for electrical storage and so many more needs. A little goes such a long way!

Here is the Village of Babare, in the district of Dolakha Nepal, where several people died earlier this month due to extreme cold.

team of volunteersThe team of volunteers who went to Makanpur to feed and give blankets to 91 families…the bus behind us took us through rivers about 5 miles and looked like it came from Mel Gibson Mad Max movie. 100 bags of rice and 200 bankets. ONe local volunteer, not in the picture, squinted so much we also purchased a pair of glasses for him. All together Pastor Bikash brought an additional 10 people. Even the two original mini bus drivers from Kathmandu came and helped us.

ChangeforHope001.org supplied enough pipes to bring water to an entire village of 70 plus homes who could not plant their wheat crop due to the earthquakes of April. In cooperation with Arun Khadka who manages Youth Action Nepal a wonderful Nepalese group of young people who have delivered and helped hundreds of families. What an encouragement to see these young men and women work tirelessly to bring aide to the people.

The church project finished in cooperation with CFLN who put up the walls. changeforhope001.org finished the inside flooring of rock with cement finish, inside and outside plaster and paint. Your funds continuing to work in Nepal. This is in the Terai and a church plant by Pastor Chandra Mahato.
